Acoustic Enclosure
The most straightforward way to ensure that your electron microscope meets acoustic noise requirements is to install it inside an acoustic enclosure. The DSE Series acoustic enclosure provides outstanding sound transmission performance, preventing acoustic noise and airflow from interfering with imaging.
Download/Product Guide:
Outstanding Sound Transmission Performance
The DSE Series acoustic enclosure provides 18 dB of noise reduction starting at 80 Hz, improving performance to 50 dB of noise reduction at 1000 Hz. Achieving these levels of sound reduction without an enclosure typically requires significant renovations to laboratory wall construction, surface materials, and mechanical systems.
Internal Cooling System
Electron microscopes and other precision instruments generate significant heat, and other acoustic enclosures on the market do not have cooling systems to prevent overheating. The DSE Acoustic Enclosure comes with four intake and eight exhaust fans to provide outstanding airflow without compromising the enclosure's noise performance.
