- DVIA-UD Active Vibration Isolation Table
Desktop Active Vibration Isolation Table for Sensitive Equipment
The DVIA-UD is a desk isolation platform with integrated DVIA-UD active vibration isolators. The DVIA-UD was created to enable operators to sit while they use their instruments. VEC customizes the platform and selects the isolators to match the mass and footprint of the microscope or measurement equipment.
Ergonomic Design,
Customized for You
The DVIA-UD series is a customizable active vibration isolation table. Users can specify the dimensions to fit specific purposes and requirements or sit and perform the most demanding vibration-sensitive experiments. In addition, casters and leveling feet are attached to the bottom of the support frame, allowing users to easily place the DVIA-UD at desired locations.
UI Software for Users
Understanding the performance of vibration isolation platforms can be a challenge, as the vibrations are often too small to detect. However, our DVIA-UD and UI software provide a unique solution, allowing users to monitor and quantify real-time vibration isolation and floor vibration levels, ensuring a confident and informed operation.
Exceptional Low & High-Frequency Active
Vibration Isolation
Using 11 geophone vibration sensors, linear motors, and passive spring isolators, the DVIA-UD achieves a 10x reduction in vibration by 4 Hz and a greater than 20x reduction in vibration above 10 Hz.
Out-of-the-Box Feed
Forward Control
Our DVIA isolation systems are equipped with advanced feedforward controls on all models. These controls, utilizing real-time ground sensor measurements, detect and preemptively cancel vibrations before they reach the isolated mass. The dynamic control adapts seamlessly to changing vibration levels and self-optimizes, ensuring consistent outstanding performance.
Controlling Vibrations in all
Six Degrees of Freedom
Inertial sensors and electromagnetic actuators installed in the DVIA-MU700 active vibration isolation systems detect and control vibrations in three translational degrees of motion ( X, Y, and Z), and three rotational degrees of motion (pitch, roll, and yaw).
On-Site Optimization for
Better Performance
Isolator setup depends on varying factors, including the environment, location, structural characteristics of the room, and the instrument's weight distribution. VEC uses onsite data and instrument dimensions to optimize the feedback and feedforward control systems to maximize vibration isolation performance.
